We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery. Returns are applicable only in cases where the product is damaged.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@urbansprouts.in or via WhatsApp at 8903040587. Return courier charges must be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or missing.

If incorrect address or phone details are provided, or if communication with the delivery partner fails, the shipment may be returned. In such cases, refunds are not applicable. We can resend the package if contacted within 7 days (additional courier charges apply).
We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us at once so we can resolve the issue quickly.
